Aksu Energy and Trade Inc. Was established on November 21, 1985 by 30 founder partners with a capital of TL 100.

: In accordance with the provisions of the regulation, which determines the principles of establishing and operating licenses for establishments outside the Turkish Electricity Authority, published in the Official Gazette dated September 04, 1985 and numbered 18858, with the Build-Operate-Transfer Model numbered 3096, the company was founded in Eğirdir, in the province of Isparta, on 19-02-1986. Aksu-Çayköy Hydroelectric Power Plant with an installed capacity of 2X6.5=13MW(32.8 Million KWH) in Çayköy was signed and the power plant was put into operation on 08-12-1989. The operational period of the power plant is 49 years. It is the first company established with the Build-Operate-Transfer model in Turkey.

Şirket 2499 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanununa tabi olup; Bu günkü tavan sermayesi 150 Milyon TL.-‘dır. 23-24 Aralık 1999 tarihinde yapılan sermaye artırımı ile şirketin sermayesinin %15.52’si 81 Bin TL.-‘lık kısmı borsada halka arz edilerek Ödenmiş Sermayesi 522 bin TL’sına artırılmış; Hisselerimiz 04 Ocak 2000 tarihinden itibaren İMKB’sı Ulusal Pazarda işlem görmeye başlamış, 20 Aralık 2000 tarihinde de 3 kat(% 300) tamamı iç kaynaklardan (Hisse senedi ihraç primi) olmak üzere sermaye artırımı yaparak ödenmiş sermayesini 2.088.000.-TL’sına çıkarmıştır. Şirket 2006 Ocak ayında %100 Bedelli, % 200 Bedelsiz Sermaye artırımı yaparak Çıkarılmış sermayesini 8.352.000.-TL’na yükseltmiştir. Şubat 2018 Yılında %47,55 Bedelsiz, %50 Bedelli Sermaye Artırımı yaparak Çıkarılmış Sermayesini 16.500.000,00 TL’ye yükseltmiştir. 2021 Yılında %100 Bedelli Sermaye Artırımı yaparak Sermayesini 33.000.000,00 TL’ye yükseltmiştir. 2024 yılında Bedelli Sermaye Artırımı yaparak Sermayesini 66.000.000 TL’ye yükseltmiştir.

1989 Kasım Ayında üretime başlayan santralimiz üretime başladığı tarihten dönem sonuna kadar 1.041 GWH net üretim gerçekleştirmiştir.

: Şirketimiz 14.01.2015 tarihinde Lisanssız Elektrik Üretimi kapsamında 1 MW Gönen G.E.S.’i devreye alarak Güneş Enerjisinden Elektrik Üretimine Başlamıştır. Güneş Enerjisi kurulu gücünü 2018 Yılı itibari ile 8 MW çıkarmış olup, 2023 yılı itibari ile kurulu gücü 6 MW'tır. Şirketimiz 2024 yılı Nisan sonuna kadar 97.803.907 KWH net üretim gerçekleştirmiştir.

Goltas Energy Electricity Production Joint Stock Company It started to produce electricity by putting the Esen II HEPP, which has an installed capacity of 44.3 MW on the Esen River in the Fethiye district of Muğla, into operation on August 10, 2002.
